Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: I do on Etsy!

Q: When will my order ship?
A: I ship orders out Tuesdays and Fridays!

Q: My order tracking hasn't updated/My order says it's been delivered, but hasn't.
A: Contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can find it. Usually it's an easy fix, and I haven't had anyone lose a package before! If there's no update 7 business days after the "delivery date", contact me.

Q: Do you offer returns/refunds?
A: All sales are final. However, if an item arrives broken, send me a picture and I will gladly refund you, or send a replacement (if I have the stock for it).
